Owner/Operator
Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
- Must have current DOT physical within last 12 months
- Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable driving experience
- Must have a stable work history for past 3 years
- Must present a professional image
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No preventable accident within the past 3 years
- No felony convictions
- No alcohol or drug related convictions
- Power Unit must have passed a DOT inspection within past 6 months
- Power Equipment: 5 years old or newer
